About 45 days after the accidental cut, only a thin scar to add to the many I have on my fingertips. Here we go in chonological order! 🙂

I cut myself, and I took pictures of the healing. The process has always amazed me. See my earlier posts.

Planning to visit Sicily in the spring! 😀

The most fascinating place in the world, and biggest island od the Mediterranean, Sicily. Wonder if you can watch the commissario (commissioner) Montalbano RAI TV series in the US: great show, I recommend it, showing the local Sicilian (Ragusa?) culture quite a lot

Well, I don’t watch TV shows, but I have read The Leopard 🙂 ! And seen the Visconti film. Also some other more modern stuff. Looking forward to it!

I know you want to be au dessus de la mêlé but, at the same time, u say u like pop culture. Isn’t this a contradiction? lol
I am not for TV shows per se. I distinguish between good (to me) stuff and bad (to me) stuff: novels, music, films and why not tv shows. Montalbano, to me and to many people in the world (very popular in the UK, for ex), is good stuff. I insist 😎
Well, I understood more about the English aristocracy watching Downton Abbey.
          Enough 🙃

        (WordPress seems to lose comments!)

I am retired now. Loving it. I was born to retire. When I was a student, I used to dream that I would meet some elderly noblewoman who would be charmed by my wit and give me a sinecure tending her library, like Casanova, just for the pleasure of hearing me chat now and then. Didn’t work out…but all in all, I have nothing to complain about!
